Geocache Description:

Short distance out gravel road just off Route 10. Use care crossing railroad tracks on gravel road as there is no light or crossing signal on it. Climb down to rocks is steep and may be slick.

This cache is located at what is locally known as the Salt Rock Indian carvings. These rocks likely fell from the hill above when the railroad bed was blasted many years ago and have remained in their current place ever since. Nearby fields (private land) have produced many arrowheads and other artifacts over the years. Local school used to bring class field trips here (not sure if they still do).
