This cache is a small soap container

This cache is large enough to hold small trade items and small travel bugs. This cache has been placed with the permission of the City of Bloomington Parks and Rec Dept.

This cache is located in a very very busy city park. This cache will have limited times that you will be able to get to it. This should be a morning cache. The later in the day the busier the park gets with family activities.
