A Cat themed cache at Lake Lisgar in Tillsonburg.
I hid this cache for Kitten on the Hunt's Birthday.
The cache is hidden along the shore of Lake Lisgar in Tillsonburg.
If you park at N 42 52.082, W 080 43.955 then you can look forward
to a 350M walk along gravel/hardpacked trails. You can get within
20 meters of the cache with a wheelchair, but someone else would
have to retrieve the cache for you as the cache location can get a
bit steep.
When you are about 20M from the cache, look for a footpath. I would
recommend people use the footpath, and then cut over rather than
following the goto line directly.
The cache is themed after Cats, Kittens and the things they love.
This can include anything to do with Cats. Things cats would chase
(Mice, Birds, Butterflies, Yarn) are also perfectly acceptable.
Lake Lisgar is a rather nice spot in Tillsonburg, complete with a
nice trail, lots of trees a water park, a rowing club a gazebo and
a bridge right across the whole lake. Bring your swimsuits on a hot
day and use the waterslide.
This cache has no real tricks to it - go to the posted co-ordinates
and the cache is there. No puzzles this time. Please take care to
rehide the cache as the park is very busy with muggles, even if the
actual spot is secluded.
I would imagine this cache could become difficult in the winter.
