The cache is in an ammo box located north of Poteau in a scenic
area. The posted coordinates will take you within two miles of the
cache. YOU MUST FIRST FIND THE
KEYMASTER BUG to unlock the secret coordinates to the
cache.
This scenic area is frequently used by photographers, hikers,
4-wheelers, horseback riders, and picnickers. Please watch
carefully for snakes. It has been rumored that a snake was carved
on a large boulder nearby, with an arrow pointing to a rattlesnake
den! My hunting buddy saw the carving years ago but we can’t locate
the boulder.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that the Keymaster bug is not
deposited in this cache. The Keymaster bug must remain where you
find it. You may take the information from the Keymaster so you can
log it as a find.....just remember to log it back in the cache.
PLEASE REMEMBER, never leave scented items, candles, or crayons
in a cache!
