“INDIANA SPIRIT
QUEST”
The Indiana Spirit
Quest series of geocaches will take you to a number of historic
cemeteries built by Hoosier Pioneers. In just a year and a
half, the quest has grown to over two hundred twenty caches hidden
in twenty-two Indiana counties, and two Ohio counties, and the
hiders have grown to eight cacher teams, six of which are comprised
of A Man and His Dog... One who is a man and his Cat, and
one who is a Dog and her Woman. Over 390 cacher
teams have logged over 4,550 finds. One cache machine found 102 ISQ
caches in a single day.

”Coffee, Tea, or
???!"
I know you can’t see him, but
try to listen carefully to what the SHADOW has to say about this
place:
Welcome to
Teegardin Cemetery in Ostego Township, Steuben
County.
This is a mid sized
still-active cemetery. The name is well deserved as there are many
Teegardin graves here, one of whom is a veteran of the Civil War.
There are also quite a few Clarks buried here as
well.
The site is kept
immaculate. A new black fence surrounds the area. A parking area is
provided, when dry.
The earliest
markers date to 1840, of which I found at least three. Many were
later 1840's. This cemetery is situated on a small hill, giving a
nice view of the surrounding area, which is mostly farm
ground. --THE SHADOW
George Clark, died 1840 at age 12 and
Halbert Clark died 1846 at age 6 share a tombstone. George's
Mother, Eliza died a month after Goerge. Father James is buried
here as well.
