Welcome to Centennial Park. The parking area may be tough to spot so park at N 47*02.317; W 122*53.918. Park hours are from 6AM-DUSK.
I have been by this area many times, and have never noticed this park before. What a neat little oasis in the middle of a busy place. Bring and lunch and enjoy the scenery. Don't forget to check out the Daniel J. Evans Tree, although if you park at the above parking coordinates I don't know how you could miss it. It's pretty spectacular considering it's in the middle of a city! According to the sign out front, this park was a Boy Scout project. Please remember to CITO, I did when I placed the cache. We need to do our part in helping local parks stay clean!
Hard to keep sat's in there, but coord's should get you close and caching-instinct should kick in. If there are too many DNF's I may post a more helpful hint! But for now we'll see how it goes!
