This cache is just off the Main Divide Truck Trail where it meets Maple Springs and the Harding trail in the Santa Ana mountains at 4548' elevation. The terrain is wide open truck trail until the last few yards where you take off onto the main divide hiking trail, and then a few feet of easy bushwacking.
Cache is a green camoed peanut butter jar.
Contents are a log and pencil and a few trinkets. On a clear day, the big reward is an awesome view of south county to Catalina to San Pedro. If you wish you can continue on to Santiago Peak or Modjeska Peak and pick up a couple more caches. Enjoy.
