Rice Marsh Lake is at the far western edge of Eden Prairie. You can make this trip relatively short or extended depending on your desire to explore the trail. Rated a 1.5 since it does not qualify as a park and grab.
Great views of the marsh and large homes are along the paved trail. The cache is located right along the trail so no need to bush wack.
I recommend the following trail access along Erin Bay Road:
N 44 51.135
W 93 30.857
There is a closer spot but not nearly as scenic. The location is as follows but no help from me since your time finding the trail access will be the majority of the battle:
