Located in Daley Ranch in Escondido, this cache is about a 10-15 minute hike down a dirt trail that goes up and down hilly terrain. It's not an easy hike, but the views are awesome.
Leave your car at the Daley Ranch parking area at N 33 09.997 W 117 03.128 and follow the trails.
On this hike, you are almost certain to see plenty of muggles hiking, jogging, horseback riding and mountain biking. Though everyone I have encountered on the trails has been very friendly, please be on the lookout for spying eyes when you grab the cache. Also, stay on the trails until you get within 20 feet of the cache.
Just before you reach the cache, you will have a great view of Dixon Lake, the main attraction of the neighboring park.
