Hidden off the main walking area in Bear Valley Park.
This one is tougher than the other three in this park. If you are persistent, you can find a way to the cache without too much bushwhacking. I however, came out smelling like the local vegetation, and had a few bleeding scrapes on my leg. Patience is not one of my virtues, so I spotted where I wanted to go, and went for it!
Watch for snakes, it looks to be a prime area.
