erik88l-r: I'm sorry, but it was not mentioned in the cache description, in the "note to reviewer, nor is it apparent from "MapQuest", that this cache is not only in a cemetery, but on a grave.
We do not knowingly approve caches placed in cemeteries in Georgia without express permission from the caretaker or other authority. If this is a church cemetery that would likely be the pastor. In a city cemetery it would likely be a municipal employee. In a private cemetery it would be the family that maintains it.
Our sport is in danger of being totally banned in historic sites in neighboring South Carolina because of a backlash against caches placed in graveyards. In SC, "historic sites" include all of some towns like Charleston, so you can appreciate the potential impact.
I am regretfully archiving your cache, but hopefully on a temporary basis. Please remove the cache until permission has been obtained. Please thennote the details on the cache page so hunters will feel comfortable looking for the cache. Send me an e-mail when you've had a chance to do that and I'll be happy to unarchive it.
Thanks for your understanding,
erik - geocaching.com volunteer cacher reviewer.
