Geocache Description:

This cache can look deceptively easy but it has an extremely high “muggle factor” that might prevent you from getting the cache without giving it away. One advantage of the cache waypoint is that you should be able to tell from the parking spot whether there are muggles around. Note that the ONLY parking is at N43° 13.080 W070°48.658 Do not block the driveways. Parking between the two driveway signs is o.k.. There is no longer any access from the west end of Vine Street because of the condition of the bridge. You must enter Vine Street via Brattle Street off RT-236. Please do not go to the cache if there are others there or it will soon disappear. The cache is on a tiny island with a single large pine tree. The 'island' is about 30 feet across and there is no way you can get the cache when there is someone else on the island without them seeing you. This is a popular summer swimming spot so try to go when the weather isn’t good for swimming, or real early, so you don’t waste a trip. I’ve driven past this spot for years and it is unique. The cache is beneath the single pine tree on the island. It is in a hole under one of the roots and covered with a 5 inch diameter rock to conceal the small cache container. Be sure to hide the cache as found and make sure the rock is firmly put back in place. Don’t drop the rock, the cache, or yourself, into the water. Good luck.
