The cache is located at Lad's Leap which overlooks the reservoirs between Tintwistle and Crowden. It is hidden at the base of some large rocks & covered by a loose stone. This cache should only be undertaken by people with a reasonable fitness level as it is approx 2 miles from car park and uphill all the way (1000 ft climb) The shortest route is from the camp-site car park at Crowden (53 29.407 N,1 53.544 W) (Make sure you take a good map)
The cache is in a small plastic screwtop container at the base of some large rocks and contains the usual bits & bobs plus log book, pencil & sharpener
