Seventh in a series of Peaceful Places and Scenic Spots (P.P.S.S.) inspired by Sue Alexander’s book “Peaceful Places in Indianapolis and Surrounding Areas, A Pocket Guide for Seekers”.
P.P.S.S. #7 - Stream Cliff Herb Farm: Located outside the Indianapolis area. I just could not resist establishing a cache at this southern Indiana gem. This farm dates back more than 170 years originally being established by John Harmon, who was the occupant during Civil War when Morgan’s Raiders invaded southern Indiana in July 1863. History has it that the raiders stole horses from the farm. The current family purchased the farm a few years after that and it has been passed down to each succeeding generation since. I hope you enjoy this location and find it as interesting, relaxing and peaceful as I have over the past few years.
Important Information:
1. The cache is on private property with the owner’s permission.
2. You can access this cache without going into the farm itself 365/24/7. However failure to take a little time to enjoy the farm is a big mistake.
3. This is a micro cache, no room for trade items, bring your own pencil to be safe.

5. The Twigs & Sprigs Tea Room has the best Verbena Lemonade you will ever taste. You will miss a major treat if you don’t try it. The food is great also.
6. You will have to get out of the car to get this cache, but it is as close to a drive-by cache as you can get and not be. As always, you will not need to disturb anything to find this cache.
7. Please, please take care if you find the cache to replace it carefully and make sure the cache is secure. Care should be taken so mugglers won’t find it and the next cacher can enjoy the same challenge.
