The trail stops in the back yard of 24 Circle West. I grew up at 27 Circle West so I knew how to get to this old trolley lane. Parked at Todd Park where I was the skating rink attendant from 1968-74, back before the permanent building went up. There were no trees along the path.

The family that first built the house you see at the end of the trail near the cache was owned by the gentleman that worked for Dayton Hudson Co. and came up with the idea for Target. Later the family moved and the gentlemen started The Wholesale Club. The Wholesale Club was the start of the discount clubs. He sold it to WalMart and Sam's Club was born.

The family had 10 children that fit well with my family of 7 children. Their names are Larry, Timmy, Tommy, Terry, Andy, Johnny, Nancy, Sally, Kathy and Amy. Nancy may be out of order. The mother always called them by the "Y" ending. Thanks for the memories.

By the way, my parents sold the our house about 10 years ago after being there for 32 years and the new owners tore it down and built a new "big" house on the 1.75 acres.
