Geocache Description:

Cache located in a very nice little park in Elmira. Cache is near the plaque describing the park. This is a very high muggle area so use extreme stealth or plan on returning at a later time. Minimal Muggles in early evening.

Cache is a magnetic key holder. Take time to enjoy the Cascade feature, and read the plaque. Bonus points for those visiting the lobby (when open during day M-F) in tall unique shaped white building across the street and noting significance of the height of the line.

UPDATE: The bench that had the cache is gone now. Cache replaced about 20 feet North-ish.
