This theme cache is located on the banks of the mighty Mississippi river. It was designed to show that there are more than limestone bluffs towering over the river. “Infernal” implies that you may NOT find anything other than natural limestone bluffs.
The cache is meant to be challenging and may take a few trips to complete.

The cache begins as far from automobile parking as I could find. There is plenty of parking available--there just isn’t any close by. However, the walking is easy and is child friendly. All the cache parts are on the edge of or just off the edge of the recreational path. There are Mugglers at all times of the day but the unobstructed visibility will allow you to work around them. The final cache is an M258 decon container. It has room for small items to trade. I started it off with WheresAbe, since this is the Land of Lincoln. I also included a coupon for Miss Mamies and a brand spanking new travel bug.
