----------------------------------------
My friend, Raoul Heywood, well known for his love of puzzles and conundrums, has fashioned many to amuse his friends. I have been receiving them for years. He mailed this one to me recently and I can’t figure it out for the life of me. Can you decode the message? He told me that I could use the pictures as many times for my solution as I saw fit, but to use all of them at least once.
FTF prize is a compass.
Be careful with the camo container so it will last.

The neighbor across the street claims to have surveilance
cameras trained on the parking spot near the cache.
To avoid upsetting her and being subjected to a quiz,
park further down the road. Checksum: If you add all of the digits of the latitude together until there is only one digit, it will be 8. If you add all of the digits of the longitude together until there is only one digit, it will be 6.
