Located on Fisherman Island - aka Eagle Island - on beautiful Lake Pend Oreille near Hope and Sandpoint.
This cache is hidden on what is officially called Fisherman Island, but all the locals know it as Eagle Island. You will need a boat, jet ski, canoe, etc. in order to access the island. A good place to anchor your boat is located at the coordinates:
N48 17.031
W116 25.135
Approach from the North and beware of the sand bar connecting the two islands -- cache is on bigger of the two.
Once on the island, proceed over to exact coordinates and use the camera located in the cache to snap a picture of yourself and/or the beautiful sunsets at dusk! Also be looking for Bald Eagles that frequent the area.
Once all the pictures have been taken, we will retrieve the camera to get the film developed, and place the pictures back in the cache! We could also e-mail you your pic if you would like, just list your e-mail in the log or send us a message on here!
Also in the cache is a logbook w/ pencil and sharpener, bobber, and a bumper sticker.
Cache is a small ammo can under a cover of pine needles and please return to how you found it!
