Park at, N39 31.271, W076 08.324. Years ago this was a landfill, today they call it Mullins Park.
Most of the trail is the old road that lead to the landfill. It's a very easy hike and especially good for biking, except for the last 50 ft., where some bushwacking is required. Tupperware type container with blue lid.
