In high school, my best friend, Brandi, and I used to come here to
kick back and discuss the world. We would make our way out to the
furthest rock and lose track of time as the tide came back in.
Our chats on these rocks were, well, different. We were not the
average high school girls who discussed which boy liked which girl,
or what our next big purchase at the mall was going to be.
Brandi and I discussed other things like wrestling, big trucks,
and most of all, which stock car race we were headed to next. Those
were the days.
Brandi and I still keep in touch, but now our chats are about
our families, husbands and children, and our careers. In honor of
those days, and wonderful memories, I hope you enjoy your time
