| Recommended start is the "Thaurer Waldparkplatz" (elevation about 850m) - the cache is at a height of about 1500m along the hiking path number 218, just a little above the Thaurer Alm. The Thaurer Alm offers drinks and simple food items.
From the parking area you can chose between two routes. The main track is a gravel road well usable by mountain bikes. Hikers can take advantage of several shortcuts, which of course are a little steeper as the road.
For experienced hikers there is an attractive alternative via Vintalm and behind the Rosskopf. From the parking area take hiking path 14 westwards,, then number 2 up the mountain and follow 218 to the cache. Note: when hiding the cache, path number 2 was temporarily closed.
The cache was hidden on July 23rd 2005 by Niko (1), Leah (8), Paul (37) and Olaf (38).

Empfohlener Startpunkt ist der Thaurer Waldparkplatz (auf ca. 850m) - der Cache liegt auf gut 1500m Höhe am Wanderweg 218, etwas hinter der Thaurer Alm bei der man Getränke und einfache Speisen bekommt.
Vom Parkplatz gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten. Der Hauptweg ist ein Schotterweg und auch geeignet für Mountainbikes, Wanderer können dabei auch ein paar Abkürzungen über Waldpfade nehmen – die sind natürlich steiler.
Für geübte Wanderer ist der etwas längere Weg über die Vintalm und hinter dem Rosskopf eine attraktive Alternative. Vom Waldparkplatz Wanderweg 14 nach Westen, dann Nummer 2 den Berg hoch und entlang der 218 zum Cache. Beim Legen des caches war allerdings Wanderweg 2 vorrübergehend gesperrt.
Der Cache wurde gelegt am 23. July 2005 von Niko (1), Leah (8), Paul (37) und Olaf (38).
