NOTICE--NOTICE: READ ENTIRE NARRATIVE TO FIND THE CACHE COORDINATES!!! THE HEADING COORDINATES ARE AN INTERMEDIATE WAYPOINT!!! Eamos the Alien Eamos the Alien escaped from the Roswell incident and has been searching ever since for a way to get back to his home planet. While he is on earth, please help him move around. Having hitched a ride through Albuquerque, he is now stuck on the upper reaches of the Purgatory ski area (Durango Mtn. Resort) 19 miles north of Durango, Colorado. He especially would like to visit UFO sites to try to find other aliens. To help Eamos (Travel Bug #510955) keep moving, take the #4 chairlift to the top (in front of the ski area map). Then hike or drive 0.28 miles south up the gravel road. (Of course, this cache is more assessable before the snow flies.) Find Eamos in a small latched plastic container under the rock ledge. Other items in this initial cache are: Folder (Hiking Trails Near Purgatory); Key Ring "Real Men Don't Ask Directions"; Blue Golf Ball; Log Book, pen, pencils.
