Geocache Description:

Simple multi-cache.

History abounds since this place is older than the nation. The posted coordinates take you to a quiet spot with a statue outside the visitor's center. (The cache is away from the rest of the institution). There is much history here, and unfortunately, the three history signs are down while the arch is re-built. See their website linked above for more.

STEP 1: Answer the following questions.

1) Find the brick that starts "Bethesda Young Men Jesus Said:" Then, read the Bible verse that follows. This verse can be found in the book of _____, Chapter ____, Verse _____. (Note the verse and call that digit A)

2) How many cows in the field to the north? __________ (Call this B)

3) Find the Bench dedicated to a US of A President. He was the ______ President of the United States. Add the two digits of this number together, then multiply that sum by two. Call the result C. (Hint: If the answer was Lincoln, then he was the 16th president. 1 + 6 = 7. Double that, and your answer would be 14.)

4) How many horses WITH white spots on their head in the pen to the west? _________ (Call this D)

5) Mr. Leonard L. Decarama has some academic advice for you. A time period is listed below his name, 1930-E004. __________ (Please note the digit missing and Call this E)

6) While standing in front of the statue, turn a full 360 degress and write down the number of live oaks you can see from this spot. __________ (Call this F)

STEP 2. Now, for the difficult substitution.

Cache is at the following coordinates: N 31* 57.AEE W 081* 05.C5A

STEP 3. Find the cache.

Where’s Signal? If you are looking for my Signal Geocoin that is listed as in this geocache, then look instead for a small piece of paper taped to the cache container. The paper has the coin code on it, and will allow you to “discover” this Signal Geocoin if you have been to my geocache. That way you can get you a Signal icon on your “Trackables Found” column on your personal geocaching page as a “bonus” for coming to my geocache.
