Miss Steele: I am the geocaching.com volunteer reviewer for North and South Dakota. It has come to my attention that this cache is buried. The guidelines for listing a cache state that caches that are buried are prohibited. If one has to dig or break ground to hide or to find the cache, then the cache is not permitted.
As much as such a cache might seem unique or a neat idea on the surface, the rule came about because of serious concerns about burying caches from landowners, and it is one of the rules for which exceptions are not made.
The full cache listing guidelines can be viewed here: http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=304
Because this cache cannot remain listed as is, I am archiving the page. If the owner fixes the cache so that it is no longer buried and all traces of it previously being buried are removed, I can unarchive it. Send me an email through my profile page requesting unarchival if you do that.
Also feel free to email me if there are questions.
Thank you,
Miss Steele
