to Bellingham Bay are spectacular from here.
This cache is a 12-inch diameter round tupperware container
approximately an inch-and-a-half tall. Inside is a log sheet and
other surprises. To begin your hike to the cache, find Nootka Lane
on Guemes Island (www.linetime.org for a map). At the end of Nootka
Lane, drive through the gate with the address "6443" and go
straight past the well house. Park your vehicle off of the road out
of the way. Then walk straight up the logging road (not towards the
big metal building). DO NOT drive beyond this point. Follow the
logging road as it turns to the right and continues up the hill. At
the top of the road, turn left to see the view and the rocks that
were blasted apart years ago. Now it's time to look for the cache!
Watch out for grass-hidden holes as you step amongst the rocks!
