Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the University of Texas campus which is a pedestrian campus. You will have to park and walk to find this cache. The cache is a small clear plastic container not much bigger than the log book; but is large enough for small items. I have initially stocked it with some toy airplanes.

You may be aware that there are a number of fountains on the University of Texas campus; at least 9 or 10 by my count. But do you know where these fountains are? Most folks can take you right to the Littlefield fountain or the LBJ fountain. Your mission is to find the third smallest fountain on campus. The smallest is actually behind the Alumni center. The one that you are looking for is just a wee bit bigger but not located in such a visible spot.

Starting at one of the most well known fountains (the Littlefield fountain) located at the given coordinates you will find the fountain you are looking for to be approximately 1650 feet from the given coordinates. No, I did not tell you which direction! Creative use of your GPSr will lead you to the right spot. However, it is on campus so you need not go south. When you find this fountain sit down and have a rest before you search for the cache which is located about 25 yards west of the fountain at the foot of the steps.

Beware of mugglers disguised as college students.
