Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a quiet little neighborhood park. If you look real hard you will find volleyball, ampitheater and picnic tables, but the trails, playground, and ballfield with batting cage are pretty obvious.

This cache was hidden in "Lady's" favorite place to play. She was a beautiful tri-color cocker spaniel that we rescued from the Lincoln County Animal Shelter. When we arrived and saw a nasty looking, black, and smelly, matted pile of fur, we knew that God had sent us for this dog. I remember mom telling them that the sign was missing a number and the man said "Nope!...that's right...$5. She gets put down today if she doesn't get adopted" It took 3 days of washing and cutting to find the little "Lady" hiding in there. She brought lots of sunshine to our hearts in a short amount of time, so this cache is hidden to remind everyone to visit your local Animal Shelter and save a life.
The cache is a large metal cookie tin painted green. And is located off trail near the ampitheater.
