Geocache Description:

Situated on the west coast of Cumbria, Just outside the port of Workington, the largest port in West Cumbria, making use of the old municipal golf course which is now a dirt bike track at times. The site is now being used as a wind farm and love them or hate them this cache gives a close up view of the wind turbines.Terrain is fairly easy but there is a slight scramble to get to the cache, therefore the terrain rating overall is 2.5. Parking is available at N54' 39.419 W003'33.585

The cache is a small tupperware container labelled with the geocaching website address and the name of the cache (oldside). The contents are:- logbook, two pencils and a sharpener (for updating visits) and the swap items are a car shaped pencil sharpener, mini highlighter pen, mini rabbit erasers, four way biro and fort bragg froggie travel bug. Their is a new box placed now.
