Moffitt's Mill Traditional Cache
dyankee1995: There have been several incidents at this location that have involved bringing in law enforcement. There was a big domestic issue last night that involved 10 sheriff units and a rescue unit. The police have said they are going to start patrolling the area more heavily and arrest anyone that they find down here now. So, I am archiving this cache. Thanks to all who came to visit.

Close to highway, but must be accessed from a trail. Near Little Uchee Creek/Waterfall. Beware, this is a CITO location.
Cache is a small ammo box. Original contents includes something of interest for all and is kid friendly. Please Trade even, Trade up, or do not trade. Remember to sign log with ID, date found, and where you are from.

Note: This a nice location, but is littered heavily due to it being a favorite summer time/party hang out. Any CITO cachers are welcome and appreciated.
Beware of Muggles!
On 4/22/06 Boyscout Troop 777 did a community service project and spent all day cleaning up this area. Now, I am not sure how long it will stay looking nice, but all should come and take a good look at it while it is still clean. There is still some grafitti that could not be removed from the rocks.
Also, the owner of the property stopped by to visit the boys while they were at work. She said that the original owners of this land (The Moffitt family) were the same family that produced the product "Moffitt's Teething powder". I have never heard of this product, but I would sure be interested in hearing if any others out there have.
