This ammo can is located off a foot trail in Clairmont Provincial Park near Kingston NS. If you visit in late summer, you'll see how the cache got its name.
NOTE: The coordinates have been set back to their original value. Tree cover can be an issue - take the hint with you.
When I first started geocaching, there was a cache in this park that brought several people into the area for the first time. That cache has since been retired, and I hope that this new one will bring people back. I once lived in the big house beside the park (which is now a Bed and Breakfast run by my mother), and I spent many hours picnicking, barbecuing, jogging, and skiing back here.
I rescued a few of the trade items from the original cache, as well as the log bog, and put them in this new cache just for fun. I also dropped off a Travel Bug, and a little trinket for the First to Find. Tree cover might interfere with GPSr readings, so don't get too focused on one particular spot.
