This is a family friendly cache in a nice park by the Rockcliffe
Parkway. At the posted coordinates, you will find a sundial. At its
base, there is a plaque with two dates on it. The first one, in the
title “Art Price –“ we will call A. The second one at the beginning
of the text, we will call B.

D = B – 1922
The cache is at X = 27039 – C and Y = 41249 + D.
Add a dot after the second digit of the results. You will get N45
