This should get you near a bus stop. Wait and catch this bus, and take it till the end of it's route. At the end of this bus route, carefully cross the road to the next bus stop and catch the only single digit numbered bus that goes there.
This bus number is X for the final cache.
Take this bus til the end of its route and go to the nearby picnic tables and look for the microcache to solve for Y and find the next stop.
Then go to the Northern most bus stop there, and catch this bus. Get off at the appropiate stop that was stated in the microcache, and go to the nearest fire hydrent on your side of the road.
From there project to the final cache using the following:
