To find the cache you must first locate two metal tags tied to trees. The Dishman Hills are scattered with trails, but we only used them occasionally. The hike is roughly 2-4 miles depending on your paths between points and where you start. The cache itself is a small Tubberware container. There is room for small items, geocoins, and small travel bugs.
As the new owner of this cache I (PaneledZero) would like to remind all to remember their limits when caching. With that in mind, I will not be responsible if you get injured while going after this cache. This area can be a tough hike for some people. I would recommend bringing water when searching for this cache. As of today(03/02/2010) the final area still has burn spots but appears to be growing back. Please watch out for loose rocks!
Enjoy your time doing this cache. Like the past finders have said. It is a true legend in the Dishman Hills. Make sure you find the other caches in the area.
Lets not forget the first owner of this cache "tandemboarder" he did a great job placing this. I want to thank him for giving me the opportunity to be apart of this great cache.
