This cache is named the Singing Cowboy, after Gene Autry, movie star, TV star and celebrated western singer of the 1940's and 1950's. You may know him best for his well known version of "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and, one of his most famous cowboy songs, "Back in the Saddle Again". The cache is placed at the spot where the annual Gene Autry Days are held, his hometown, Tioga, Texas. We are starting the cache out with a very special travel bug, "Champion". Enjoy the hunt!
