Geocache Description:

A park and grab micro just off I26 at exit 91.

We have enjoyed quick pull off the Interstate caches in our travels so we thought we would hide one. This one is in a small Bison Tube hidden at the "Welcome To Chapin " sign. We have made it very easy as there are lots of muggles here and you will not be able to look long without arousing suspicion. As you face the sign look around the left side. Walking a dog or pretending to have your photo made at the sign would be good cover, but be discreet. Bring a pen to sign the log. UPDATE: Added a bit to the hint, this is supposed to to be easy.
