On your way to Grand Rapids?? If you’re a cacher you oughtta be!
This series is intended to give you a chance to grab a cache and
take a break from the road before you start hunting for all of the
great caches in the Rapids area. I found a "rest stop" on each of
the major routes you might approach Grand Rapids from. Each rest
stop got whatever type of cache it could support whether it was a
tricky multi or a quicky micro.
While you're in Rapids, hunt as many as you can, but here are
some recommendations from the original owner, dingermcduff, as I
have adopted this cache from him on 07/31/09:
10 can't-miss caches within 10 miles of Grand Rapids
This one used to be a maintained rest stop, but they've pretty
much let it go - just means you'll have the place to yourself. Nice
pines out here.
Don't plan on stuffing any large trade items in this one.
