Plenty of parking. Accessible in winter. Obvious trail with marker. Don't get in a rush. Cache may be easier than you think.
This is a favorite place for us to take visitors from out of the area. You will have a birds eye view of Idaho's Golden Gate from the trail. Cache is in a large ammo can .17 miles from parking area. Watch small children while hiking on trail because there is a few abrupt edges. We have included an information sheet about the area. Don't forget your binnoculars for an osprey's eye view. Also, we have included a camera in the cache for you to record your visit. Have fun on your quest for Idaho's Golden Gate.
