On the way to the point Traditional Cache
orygun connie: I now live in AZ--this has to be the most moved cache around--But since I am not there to manage it will have to end it. A friend used to care for it for me but have not heard from him in a long tine. I have never ended one so could you please help me. This was originally put in so some that did not want to walk to the now gone cache on top of the mt-which was named after my husband's grandfather.

This should be an easy cache on the way to 'Top of the point'. It is in the parking area.
At the Stahlman Point Trail Trailhead(#3449)
Directions from Detroit: From Detroit Ranger Station travel east on Hwy. 22 for 4.5 miles; turn right onto Blowout Road #10; go about 3.5 miles to trailhead. Coords for trailhead are approximately 44.42.411 / 122.09.671
The cache is in a large plastic jug with a twist top. It is inside a large black plastic bag for weather protection.
There are also two letterboxes on the first 1/2 mile of the trail for you who like to do these. (Stahlman Trail LB and Detroit Lake LB)
We had trouble with the coords so let me know if you think they are really off. Used a Garmin ETrex and Garmin Legend. Have adjusted the coords and please let me know if they are better. I must have been having a really bad day when I set this up!
