This cache was set to the Edogawa park.
Please get off subway Yurakucho Line "Edogawa-Bashi" to go to this park.
The Edogawa park is long and slender from the east and west which spread in along Kanda-gawa.
On the riverside, Somei Yoshino (cherry tree) is planted, and a very beautiful flower can be seen from the end of March to early in April.
Cache is not hidden in this point.
Please travel around some points if you find cache.

This point is entrances of the Edogawa park. (It is under a highway.)
You will look at a bust, shortly after entering and going to the park.
He is Professor Ohi.
He is the great man who has distinguished services in shore protection repair of Edogawa (Present name is Kanda-gawa).
Some buttons and decoration medals are attached to his clothes.
