Cache has several different ways to go to it... Some are UP/DOWN hill.. Not a really "bad" area but a nice walk if you are able to take the hills..
LOTS of good stuff for man and woman.. Not really very small but a plastic container with a screw on lid... Put in a log book, and other "goodies"...
