Geocache Description:

Should be named after a 1972 Bill Withers hit!

This cache is in a new Kitsap County Regional Park. I highly recommend walking all of the small loops. The view at the end is great. The coordinates should be pretty tight since I had 26' accuracy, but I threw in enough spoilers so that it's a slam dunk.
