A nice stroll in open country starting at St James' Church Barkham.
This is a lovely little church and the surrounding area makes an ideal place for a short walk.
There is a large car park at the church hall. You can start the walk by either going through the gate into the church yard or taking the signed footpath towards the houses. If you go through the churchyard, there are 3 stiles to cross. (The first one having a moveable bit that fascinated us). If you skirt the church there are 2 stiles.
Follow the footpath .... et voila!!
Shouldn't take too long.
