Geocache Description:

The “Pirate’s Code” originally referred to the code that the
pirates followed. “Any man that falls behind, is left behind,” says
Captain Jack Sparrow.

This Pirate’s Code be a bit more friendly, but still, ye won’t want
to be left behind. The above coordinates will take you to the first
of two stages. When ye find the coded message, ye must read it left
to right, and use the decoder below to decode it, and do some
simple multiplication. Then fill in the missing coordinates (again
left to right). 4 codes, 4 parts of missing coordinates. Ye be
lookin’ fer a “camo-ammo” at the 2nd stage. Go on then, matie.
Let’s see what yer made of. Arrr!
