Geocache Description:

This should be very easy to find, with a nice pleasant walk.

The cache is a 1.5 litre container, filled with the usual stuff.
You can park off road at N 54 21.205 W 000 32.082. From there it is a short walk up the road till you reach a track on the left. You will find a sign at N54 21.319 W000 32.098 Follow the sign to St Margarets Church (ruin). There is a stile here. PLease follow the country code as this is farmland.
The Church is surrounded by a stone wall and many worn gravestones, we identified one dated 1735, but they are very hard to read.
The Church was built by Sir Thomas Hoby in 1634, and abandoned in 1862 when the new St Margarets Church was built closer to the community in Harwood Dale. It is in the lovely area of Harwood Dale, nestled between the forests of Langdale and Harwood Dale.
