Just another pleasant stop along one of the trails at Leroy Oakes Forest Preserve. Take your time, enjoy the scenery!

If it weren't for the traffic noise, it would be hard to believe that one of the busiest roads in Kane County is less than 100 yards away. The trails at Leroy Oakes are a joy for hiking, running, and XC skiing. If you allow yourself to get swept up in the beauty and tranquility here, you may be able to tune out the traffic and almost hear the bubbling and babbling of nearby Ferson Creek calling out to you.
