Cammoflauged PVC Tube. Easy walk aprox .2 miles along The "Wetlands Trail". You can continue on to The Mount II (micro) from here by taking the right fork in the trail, right near hiding spot, or easier would be to go back to paved road and walk up from there.
Mt Loretto is a state owned park of 194 acres of the magnificent property overlooking Raritan Bay on Staten Island's south shore, opening it to general public use for the first time in 2000.

Parking in main lot, across Hylan Blvd from CYO. Wetlands Trail begins about 270ft from main gate/Porta Potty on your left. Some briars right around hiding spot, the rest of the trail is clear.
Container is a 3" wide cammo'd PVC Tube with wingnut closure(thanks to MacGuyEric for the inspiration, and 8b Wedgers for providing the parts for making it). To open, unscrew the wingnut, to close, rescrew it tightly, please.
