Nice walk in a nice park, last bit is a bit overgrown (few thorns).
This is a nice area that many people don't get to explore fully. There are 2 parking areas, one for town residents, one for "others", but we've never had a problem on slow days parking in the town lot. We started off this cache with some china animals, a Jeep Travel Bug and $2.00.;
