Geocache Description:


This cache is placed near the Schönbiel-Hut. When you have reached the hut, follow the path to west and some minutes later you will have found the cache under a rock.
Then turn around and have a look to "The Matterhorn West Face" with the Zmutt-Ridge and the Leon-Ridge. But also enjoy the views to the Schönbiel-Hut and all the glaciers.
The hiking path from Zermatt to the Schönbiel-Hut is not difficult but it needs a good endurance: about 4 hours for one way.
