This isn't really a hard cache, terrain is pretty easy. The name kinda tells what it might have to do with. It is only about 10' onto Private Property, but it is ok to go on the property. It is easily accessible from the street.
It is a Pillbottle, with Rubberbands around the cap of the bottle to help hold it in place. Please don't take off the rubber bands. It originally contains a "Prairie Diamond" from a cache in American Fork, and an Orange Bouncy ball. This is a BYOP cache.
Several have indicated discomfort with going onto private property - I assure you that it is ok with the owners. And the neighbors don't seem too concerned about people there either. It is easily accessible from the street - it is not necessary to go more than a few steps beyond the sidewalk. The fact that the owners have only known about a few of the people who have found the cache indicates that geocachers tend to be a quiet and discrete lot (which is greatly appreciated).
